How much is this going to cost me?
The answer to that really depends upon how much and what you want done.Do you want us to get you past that dead end and search one person? or one family? or perhaps one ancestral line---do you have a family started and want us to put it together and then extend part or all of it to have a extensive multi generational research done? Maybe a family history book written.
The final cost depends upon you and your goals I work for you by the hour, its amazing what you can find in a hour and likewise its rough when several hours have gone by with nothing. You are able to hire a professional genealogist who will use all of his talent and know how to look in the right place so that your money is not wasted.

Are there hidden charges?
No. All photocopying cost, postage, and handling, long distant phone calls, microfilm and record fees are all included in the package price.
Any special overseas research that is suggest will be extra but you have to O.K. it before we order it

Until you initiate a voluntary transaction with our site we do not collect personal information about you. When you make a purchase,we ask for your name, e-mail address,Mailing address. This allows us to process and fill your order, and notify you of your order status. If you choose, and we recommend on the higher cost packages, your phone number as a means to contact you as progress develops.

How long will it take for you to finish my genealogy research package?
The answer to that question really depends upon how much you want done. Most genealogy research packages are complete within 8 - 12 weeks. When we order
special research or Civil documents we need to wait for them to arrive in the mail. Usually these things take 2 to 3 weeks

Ancestral help use the United States Postal Service, a package under a pound would go First Class, on the complete package it will go Flat Rate box.

Is there a way to pay safely on line?
Yes. We urge you to use Paypal they us SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition,when you send a payment using paypal the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.
We will of course accept Money orders or even a personal check made out to Ancestral Help. If you use personal check we will wait until the check clears to start any research
